FAQ – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1) How do I receive and download my digital products after I make my purchase?
When your purchase transaction is processed and approved online on our store you will immediately receive an email order confirmation and a download link to complete the download of the product pack you purchased. It is possible that this link will/may/could expire so do not delay in completing your download. If for some reason you have a problem or the link expires or becomes inaccessible, please contact us via email for further assistance.
Please note that all of your purchasers are sent as digital download ZIP files and can be of rather large size.
If you don't receive your downloads, wait 15 minutes and try again. You may also want to check your email spam folders. If you still haven't received your purchase, please contact us.
Be sure to check your spam folder to ensure it isn’t in there. If you’re using Gmail, you also need to check the “Promotions” tab in your inbox.
2) Can I share, send, give, distribute or resell these files to any other person, party or entity?
While you can download the digital products for business or personal purposes using the links provided, please keep in mind that distribution and/or resale of our digital products to any other person, party or entity who is not the purchaser violates our Terms and Conditions and can lead to legal actions against you. The products you purchased are for YOUR business and/or personal use only and may not be given to any other person, party or entity.
3) Do my download links expire/have a download limit?
Your download links don't technically expire and do not technically have a download limit. But it's important that you either bookmark the download link or save the download email if you feel you'll need to download again in the future. Download links are generated at the point of purchase. Even if you are signed in, they will NOT be saved to your account.
4) What should I do if I didn’t receive a confirmation email and/or digital download email?
First, please allow five minutes for the email to arrive and check your email spam box for the emails. If you still can’t find them, please contact us via email and confirm the name and email that should be associated with the order. Please be sure to include a link to the listing you purchased the digital product from.
5) I’m having trouble downloading or opening my digital products.
Typically, issues accessing files can be caused by the following reasons:

If nothing happens when you click the download link, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again.

If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. Please download the required program and try opening the file again.

6) I Clicked the Button in the Email but Nothing Happened!
Phones, tablets, and other mobile devices can occasionally run into issues downloading large files. For this reason, we always recommend downloading our files on a desktop or laptop computer whenever possible.

7) Can I download my purchases on mobile?
While you may browse and purchase from any version of our site, please be aware that the majority of our products are delivered as compressed ZIP files. That means you'll need to extract them to get to your actual files. While this is easy on a desktop/laptop, it can be sometimes tricky on mobile or tablet, and may require an app to work. So yes, you can download your purchases on a mobile device or tablet, but we don't necessarily recommend it.
8) I need a new download link because I lost my link, my computer broke and I lost all my files, etc.
If you lose your link and need a new one within 7 days of your purchase, just contact us via email. After that point, it is our policy not to provide new download links or files. We suggest that you backup your files in the cloud or on an external device for safety.
9) Is there a money back guarantee for my purchase?
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. That being said, any and all digital products sold on our store are not refundable. Please read our refund policy and terms of service for a full explanation. If you have a problem with your order you can contact our customer support via email for further assistance.
10) Can I cancel or get a refund for my digital product order?
Digital product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been processed. Please see our Terms Of Service and Refund Policy for more information. If you have additional questions please contact us via email.
If the Digital product you download does not match what was advertised and what you purchased, reach out to us via email to let us know!
11) Are these digital products files compatible with PC, MAC, Tablets and Mobile Devices?
All of our digital products are created and formatted in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF, mp3 or mp4.
They are fully compatible with any PC, MAC, Tablet or Mobile Device so long as you have the proper updated software and browsers installed on your device or computer system that you are using.
If you should have any problems opening the files or using them, you can contact our customer support via email and we will be happy to assist you.
12) How “Up To Date” Are These Documents, Files and Downloads?
All of our products are up to date as of the date they are offered on our store and are created, drafted and updated periodically (when and as necessary) to reflect and use what we deem to be the “Best Practices” standards of the Real Estate Profession.
